We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

All artworks listed here are created by the artist, Inge Jacobsen. No artwork, or images of it, must be used for commercial purposes without permission from the artist and full credit must be given to Inge Jacobsen.

We do not offer refunds on original artwork or prints – framed or unframed.

We will accept refunds on damaged items as long as you contact us with 48hours after you receive the artwork. You must provide proof in the form of photographs and a description of the damage. We can only do refunds on artwork damaged in transit and not after it has arrived safely at it’s intended destination.

We will arrange for damaged items to be picked up and returned with no additional costs to you.

If you cancel your order but we have already processed the Artwork for delivery you must not unpack the Artwork when they are received by you and you must send the Artwork back to us at our contact address within 7 days of cancellation.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from you will be credited to the payment method used to purchase the order as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

If you do not return the goods delivered to us or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the Artwork from the amount to be credited to you.

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms and Conditions you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Shipping is calculated at the checkout. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible but proof must be provided.

Art Commissions are undertaken when all parties are in agreement they are happy to proceed via email info@ingejacobsen.com – no work will proceed until a 50% deposit has been paid – the final payment of the remaining 50% due must be paid prior to the goods being shipped – any postage/shipping costs will be paid in addition to the cost of goods dependant on the country and cost of shipping agreed by all parties prior to distribution
